Team Member – We are always looking for positive, energetic and friendly team members to work as cashiers in admissions and café as well as party hosts. Must be hospitality-oriented with excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and able to work well as part of a team. Prefer ability to learn various points of customer service. Flexible schedules available, excellent for students.
Shift Lead/Supervisors – We are interested in outgoing individuals that can show leadership through excellent communicate with customers as well as team members, model and coach superior customer service practices, be dependable/punctual to be a key holder, have problem solving and business writing skills, be willing to go the extra mile to create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include general store operations including cash handling, key holding, team leadership (work assignments, supervising, training, motivation, etc.), ability to work hands-on alongside the team as well as light administrative/event coordinating.
Action Zone Monitors – We are always looking for positive, energetic and friendly court monitors to work as lifeguards in our Action Zone area. Must be hospitality-oriented with excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and able to work well as part of a team. Must be able to maintain focus and take safety precautions seriously and project confidence in communication. Flexible schedules available, excellent for students.
Custodian/Janitor – We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. Therefore, a custodian or janitor must be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. In addition, they will have the excellent physical endurance to cover an ample space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.
- Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out the trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum & shampoo carpets
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers and restock disposables (e.g., soap)
- Wipe/Clean mirrors and windows
- Maintain outer premises by watering plants, mowing the lawn, cleaning entrances
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks, etc.)
- Report significant damages & improve manageable ones.
